lack priority, scope point not met. attention research, application, and awarded 501c3 grants and or contracts state or federal was not delivered. outcome not to my satisfaction the eloquence no strength, to wait long delivery time not in use disappointed

My project was marked as delivered before it was finished. Sarah said she did this to protect her Fiverr rating due to the overdue status and promised to complete the remaining work afterward. This made me uncomfortable. I would have preferred she request an extension instead of delivering incomplete...
