I help schools, edtech companies, and education organizations create PD that teachers actually want to take.
Having spent years in the classroom, I know what it's like to sit through training that misses the mark. I design with real teaching contexts in mind — practical, learner-centered, built around outcomes that matter.
I apply the ADDIE process from needs analysis through evaluation, designing for diverse learners across LMS platforms including Canvas.
Tools: Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, Canva.
