I had to repeat myself a lot, it took a lot of back and forth just to get simple parts of the reference correct. Otherwise, communication was honest and responsive. The model in the end wasn't really that close to the reference, but it was satisfactory enough. I imagine this was probably the best value I would've gotten at this price.
