I reverse engineered the 3D mesh into flawless SolidWorks Class A surfaces, ensuring perfect OEM level panel gaps. Next, I engineered a functional HVAC air vent louver system in Fusion 360, designing precise linkages and snap fits to withstand cabin vibrations. Finally, I ran a strict DFM analysis, optimizing wall thicknesses and draft angles for mass production. I delivered tooling ready STEP files, enabling the client to injection mold the complete assembly on their very first attempt without any expensive factory rework.
