I will code a game in Java for you using Java Swing and give you the source code along with any other resources used in the project. If you have any resources or pre-made code you would like me to use, you can send that to me as I make the project. You will need to provide a description of the game/project you want me to make along with any minimum requirements. The price can be adjusted based on the quality you want the game to be.
