1. Campaign Planning & Execution : a) Work along with A/NZ Demand Programs team members by identifying, planning, coordinating and executing demand generation campaigns b) Review the Campaign Maps & suggest changes before finalizing & implementing them. c) Execution of lead generation, opportunity creation programs planned on quarterly/yearly basis along with other team members. d) Carry support to business growth and development through the execution of marketing objectives & policies. 2. Competition Research : a) Conduct competition research studies defined by senior professionals and management in the A/NZ marketing team b) Liaise with suppliers, customers and other agencies to ensure the organization is well informed on changing market conditions and trends c) Identify market opportunities and advises on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for the IBM promotional activities through website and social media. 3. Digital Marketing : a) Website : Coordinate and participate in Website development and management, through initial Web concept and testing to ongoing monitoring of market success b) Web Analytics : Generate & study Web Analytics reports of the IBM A/NZ sites and provide in-depth analysis and recommendations to the internal and external (agencies) stakeholders. c) Social Media : Handle YouTube & Twitter sites and help in Brand Building activities and promotion of the company. d) Process Improvement: Simplifying the Digital marketing steps which help us to work better with the Web Production Teams & Campaign Planners teams. e) Execute the Digital part of all the Marketing campaigns.
