What’s the difference between the Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?
• Basic: Digital mock‑up preview only (not print‑ready). • Standard: Print‑ready files (PDF, PSD) with 8 revisions. • Premium: Same as Standard, but with unlimited revisions.
Can you print the jerseys?
My gig focuses on design only. Printing and shipping are not included in the packages but can be arranged separately upon request, with costs covered by the customer.
How long does delivery take?
Basic and Standard are delivered in 2 days, while Premium is delivered in 3 days. Extra fast delivery can be arranged as an add‑on.
How many revisions are included?
• Basic: 5 revisions • Standard: 8 revisions • Premium: unlimited revisions
What file formats will I receive?
• Basic package includes mockup images (JPEG/PNG). These are non‑editable. • Premium and Standard package includes source files (PSD/PDF) which are editable and ready for printing.
Can I use the design for commercial purposes?
Yes, but only with the Standard and Premium packages. The Basic package is for preview purposes only.
What details do you need from me?
• Team name or project name • Player names and numbers (if needed) • Preferred colors or style (simple, modern, cultural, abstract, etc.) • Logos or sponsors to include (if any) • Deadline or delivery time
Do you offer roster customization?
Yes! I can add individual player names and numbers to your jersey designs. This is available as an extra: • Up to 10 Jerseys – $30, +2 days delivery • Up to 15 Jerseys – $50, +3 days delivery For more than 15 jerseys, please contact me first so I can provide a custom quote and delivery time.
Can you design other apparel besides basketball jerseys?
Yes, I can also design other sportswear or t‑shirts. Please contact me first to discuss your project before placing an order.
What is sublimation printing?
• Sublimation is a process where ink bonds directly with polyester fabric using heat, creating vibrant, durable designs that won’t peel or crack. • Our jersey layouts are optimized for sublimation, so your team’s colors and logos stay sharp and long‑lasting.
