Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this seller. The final thumbnails were heavily AI-generated despite me specifically wanting authentic edits using our real podcast faces. The AI faces looked nothing like us and felt very fake/unrealistic. Communication was also poor throughout the process. Most responses...
