- Landscape design must first have knowledge of what you are about to design. Be able to apply and combine factors related to the current situation, requirements from the investor and local climate and cultural conditions. - Landscape design must respect nature but also need to develop the economy. Landscape design must help the project have operational results after being put into use, it is not simply a drawing, it is a system that creates value. - The landscape created must be logical in both form and efficiency. It is where the architect's knowledge serves the needs of the investor.
