Harlan delivered and performed what was required. Initially I paid for an order of 250 leads then after paying the post was changed to 100 leads. When I brought this up to him he wanted to charge an extra $40 for the 250 (which is what was on the post). I found that very dishonest. He agreed to do the 250 which was on the post
