I offer bioinformatics and machine learning solutions for biological research. My Master’s work at CSIR-IGIB focused on SNARE protein discovery using ML and structural analysis. I build ML pipelines, apply deep learning and GNNs to proteomics, and work with AlphaFold, ESM-2, and MD simulations (GROMACS, OpenMM). I also provide scientific writing, literature review, and clear research documentation, delivering reproducible and data-driven results.

Applied deep learning and graph neural networks to proteomics data combining, structural inputs from AlphaFold3 with sequence-level embeddings from protein language models (ESM-2, ProtTrans) to classify protein–protein interactions and identify functionally distinct peptide clusters from large biological datasets. - Performed feature engineering on both structural and sequential representations and developed ML pipelines to extract conformational and thermodynamic features from molecular dynamics trajectories (GROMACS, DESMOND, OpenMM) for protein stability prediction.
