I work with inventors, startups, kitchenware brands and manufacturers to develop electro-mechanical consumer products from early concepts through detailed CAD and manufacturing preparation. My specialization includes electric food preparation appliances, coffee and beverage machines, electric cooking appliances and smart kitchen products. I develop concepts, mechanical components, product housings, internal assemblies, mechanisms, mounting systems and user-focused product structures using SolidWorks and Fusion 360. My work includes 3D CAD modeling, assembly development, component integration, technical drawings, design for manufacturing and prototype preparation. I pay particular attention to component fit, clearances, mechanisms, material selection, assembly methods and manufacturing constraints so potential issues can be identified before prototyping. I also refine existing concepts and CAD models where products require better functionality, manufacturability or mechanical integration. My goal is to help clients move from an initial idea to an accurate, practical and manufacturing-ready product while reducing avoidable redesigns, prototype failures and production delays.
