What is the typical process for developing a web application?
My process starts with requirement gathering and discussion, followed by creating a prototype and then developing the front end. I also perform rigorous testing to ensure the application's functionality, security, and stability.
What format do you need for converting a design into responsive pages?
It can PSD, Figma, XD, Sketch, PNG, JPEG, PDF, etc. If you don't have any of these then you can simply give me the link to a similar website you want to create.
What happens if I placed direct order without discussion?
Don't worry, I will check your requirements and if those requirements fall in the package you ordered that it's completely fine I will work on it and deliver your task. But if the requirements don't match with the package you ordered we will discuss & add extra time & cost into the order.
What should I need to provide to start developing a website?
I need the project details, Logo, and Content (text, images, videos, etc.) for each page and reference website links or designs.
Can you customize or redesign an existing website?
Yes, sure! I can. I will redesign, customize, or fix errors in an existing website according to your requirements.
What is your policy on revisions and feedback?
We offer unlimited revisions as long as your request reasonably falls within the original scope of work. For example, we are happy to change an image or fix any bugs, but a new feature request that was never previously discussed would need to incur a separate quote.
Will my website be mobile-friendly and responsive?
We are happy to make your website mobile-friendly. Just be sure to mention this during the scope of work phase so that we can quote accordingly.
Can you help with website hosting and domain registration?
Domain registration and website hosting needs to be handled by the client, but we are happy to hold your hand and guide you through the process if this is new to you or you need any assistance.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support services?
We are happy to provide support after your website has been completed and delivered, but would need to quote separately for additional work. Any issues that arise from the initial delivery such as bugs we are happy to help with for free, however!
