I omitted some information from the original brief, and I feel that an experienced contractor could have asked for that information, rather than making assumptions. But having said that, once I stated more clearly what I wanted, what she delivered was absolutely fine, better than two previous contractors who had not done what was needed.

I have lost track of how many gigs I have purchased from this seller. Over a period of several years. And as always, the work performed was excellent, and exactly to specifications. And on time. Highly recommended for book formatting!
