Handled end-to-end A2P 10DLC registration for a California-based wellness brand running SMS campaigns through GoHighLevel and Twilio. Registered the brand with The Campaign Registry, matching EIN details exactly to IRS records to avoid the most common rejection trigger. Built the campaign submission from scratch: use case selection, sample messages, opt-in flow documentation, and compliant CTA language. Rewrote the website's SMS consent language and privacy policy so the opt-in process was verifiable at the URL provided in the submission, then configured the GHL workflows to include mandatory opt-out language on first contact. Brand and campaign were approved on first submission, and the client's messages moved from carrier filtering to full delivery within days of approval.
