I ran a bilingual call center in El Salvador — outbound sales, customer service and tech support for US clients, including AT&T solution providers. To run it lean I automated everything I could: commission calculators, agent KPI dashboards, daily report pipelines in Python, and our own VICIdial infrastructure.
