A drone enclosure has three jobs a normal project box doesnt: stay light, survive vibration, and keep rotor wash and rain off the electronics. I design custom drone and UAV enclosures around your actual board, payload, or camera.
What I design:
- Enclosures for flight controllers, PCBs, companion computers, GPS modules, and payload electronics
- Camera housings for FPV, mapping, and inspection cameras
- Mounting to your airframe: arm clamps, standoff patterns, rail mounts, and strap slots
- Vibration-aware shells: ribs, soft-mount pockets, and wall thickness set for crash loads
- Vent layouts, gasket grooves, and cable ports with strain relief
- Weight-trimmed walls so grams stay off your flight time
- Snap fit or screw closed lids, battery covers, and antenna cutouts
- Files: STEP, STL, DXF, and drawings for 3D printing, CNC, or molding

FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Send the board outline or STEP file (or its dimensions), connector positions, and where it mounts on the drone. I don’t need schematics.
Can the enclosure be waterproof?
I design gasket grooves and sealed cable routes. I can’t test or certify an IP rating, so you’d need to verify that yourself.
Do you design the PCB or electronics?
No. This gig covers the mechanical housing only.
Do you print or ship the enclosure
No. You receive design files, and printing, CNC, or mlding goes through your own service. Tell me which on before ordering, because wall thickness and snap fits differ for each.
