• I have hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining both Analog and IP CCTV surveillance systems with Windows Server System. I’m familiar with DVRs, NVRs, and different types of cameras, such as dome, bullet, PTZ, and thermal cameras. • Experienced in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Access control systems, including proximity card readers and controllers with Windows Server System. • Proficient in setting up and managing Visitor Management Systems using BOSCH BIS Software. • In addition, I have experience in Computer Hardware and Software Troubleshooting, including diagnosing system issues, formatting, operating system installation, driver updates, and network configuration. • Configured and managed (Cisco & MikroTik) Routers, Switches for efficient network performance and security. • Supported and Maintained Windows Operating System, Printers, Scanners & Client PCs Troubleshooting. • I have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. I can prepare reports, format documents, create spreadsheets with formulas, and make professional presentations. • I have hands-on experience using Gmail and Microsoft Outlook for daily professional email communication, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with team members. • I can also experience in setting up and managing Online meeting using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google meets.
