I developed an AI-powered meeting assistant that automates the entire post-meeting workflow using n8n. The system retrieves recent meeting data and transcripts from Zoom, processes the content, and extracts key insights. Using AI, the workflow generates structured meeting summaries, highlights key discussion points, and identifies actionable tasks. I integrated task creation functionality with ClickUp, allowing action items to be automatically assigned and tracked. Additionally, the system formats summaries into clean HTML and sends them via email to participants, ensuring clear communication and follow-up. One challenge was handling inconsistent transcript formats, which I solved by implementing filtering, parsing logic, and structured data extraction. The final result is a productivity-enhancing system that reduces manual note-taking, improves accountability, and ensures no key information is missed after meetings.
