Role Summary Responsible for executing visual communication assets that support internal operations, employer branding, corporate communication, and production-related needs. The role focuses on clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand and corporate standards in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Design and produce visual materials for internal and external communication (presentations, posters, signage, training materials, reports) Support HR and corporate teams with employer branding assets (recruitment visuals, onboarding materials, internal campaigns) Create digital and print assets aligned with Parkland and client brand guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Production, Compliance, Management) to translate requirements into clear visual outputs Ensure design consistency across all materials and platforms Prepare print-ready files and coordinate revisions based on stakeholder feedback Manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
