FAQ
Can you build an auction or bidding website?
Yes. The auction and bidding feature is included in Premium, or you can add it as a Gig Extra.
What's included in each package?
Basic is a starter multivendor marketplace with 1 payment gateway. Standard adds custom design, product approval, commission rules and 2 gateways. Premium adds an advanced feature (auction, booking or wholesale), SEO, speed optimization and support.
Do I need to buy Dokan Pro or WCFM Ultimate?
Pro licenses are paid by the buyer. If you already own one, I'll install it. If not, I can build with the free version and tell you what's possible.
What do you need from me to start?
Your marketplace idea, logo and brand colors, your domain and hosting details, and any sample sites you like.
Do you set up hosting and the domain?
Hosting setup is included in Standard and Premium. You pay for the hosting and domain, and I set them up.
How do vendor commissions and payouts work?
You set the commission per vendor, per category or as a global rate. Vendors request withdrawals from their dashboard, and I connect payouts through your chosen payment gateways, such as PayPal or Stripe, depending on what the plugin supports in your count
Can you fix or rebuild my existing marketplace website?
Yes. Message me first with your site details and the problem, and I'll confirm the right package.
Can I manage the marketplace myself after delivery?
Yes. You get full admin access to your WooCommerce and Dokan or WCFM marketplace. Premium includes a short video walkthrough that shows how to add vendors, approve products and manage orders.
Will my marketplace be mobile responsive and fast?
Yes, it's responsive on all devices. Speed optimization is included in Premium.
