Here my responsibility are, • Create photorealistic 3D visualizations and renderings for interior fit-out, branding, and architectural projects. • Develop 2D floor plans, layout drawings, and technical documentation for project execution. • Prepare professional client presentations, design proposals, and project documentation. • Perform cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and material selection to support project planning and procurement. • Produce CNC router and laser cutting files for accurate fabrication and installation. • Supervise site execution, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery. • Solve technical challenges using engineering principles while supporting project planning, decision-making, and quality control.
