Im Ilian, 27, a professional actor with 18 years on stage and screen. I trained at the Oxford School of Drama, with coaches in New York, and hold a BFA from the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia. Alongside acting, Ive studied the psychology of performance - why we choke under pressure, and how to overcome it.

I’ve never done public speaking before. Can you still help me?
Absolutely. My sessions are designed for all levels. Whether it’s your first presentation or you’re a professional wanting polish, we’ll start from where you are and build from there.
English is not my first language. Can I still book a session?
Yes. Many of my clients are non-native English speakers. I’ll help you slow down, articulate clearly, and use your natural voice with confidence.
What happens in the pre-session?
We meet briefly to set your goals and I give you a simple self-recording exercise. This helps me understand your habits so our main session is focused and effective.
Can you help with job interview prep specifically?
Definitely. We can run through a mock interview, polish your answers, and make sure your delivery is confident, clear, and professional.
Can you help with stage fright and nerves?
Yes. I use proven techniques from acting and psychology to calm nerves and shift focus so you feel present and in control while speaking.
How can I best prepare for our session?
Think of a real situation you want to improve (interview, pitch, etc.). If possible, record a short 1–2 min video of yourself speaking. This helps us target your habits and make the session more effective.
