Maybe I expected more from this experience but even after a second attempt the only change was the color. It was not alligned properly and the lettering never changed . Rather than start again, it was obvious we weren't going to make any progress. I'm sorry

I am really satisfied with the way this order turned out. I was given numerous designs when I was unsure what I wanted. I appreciate the ability to modify the edits as well. Although I did not see much change, the professionalism and negotiation were very well done.
