1. Do I need technical skills to use the system?
No. It works like a simple form: pick the batch, mark attendance, record a fee. I include a short video guide that shows every step, so you can start on day one.
2. Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It works on any phone, tablet or computer browser, so you can mark attendance and check fees from anywhere.
3. Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for student records and attendance. Choose Standard to add fee tracking and receipts. Choose Premium for parent reminders, reports and staff logins. Message me if you’re unsure.
4. Can you add my existing student list to the system?
Yes. Add the Content upload extra and send me your list from Excel or a register. I will enter it for you so you can start right away.
5. Is hosting included?
Hosting setup is included in Standard and Premium. For Basic, add the Hosting setup extra and I will put the system online for you.
6. Do I get support after delivery?
Yes. I fix any problems for 7 days after delivery at no extra cost. For later changes or new features, you can order a small extra gig.
7. Can you add features that are not in the packages?
Usually yes. Message me before ordering with what you need. I will confirm the price and delivery time first, so there are no surprises.
8. Is my students’ data safe?
Each user gets their own login, and only the people you choose can see student and fee records.
