The system will be based on WordPress and WooCommerce.
What payment gateways does your system support?
My system will support any kind of WooCommer Payment gateway. If WooCommerce supports your payment gateway then my system will support too.
Is there a way to take pre-orders?
Yes, the pre-order-taking system will be available that can be easily manageable.
Is it allowed to receive different kinds of delivery option?
My system will allow you to easily receive PickUp and Delivery orders as well as Only Delivery or Only PickUp orders.
I'm ready to purchase your gig! What do I need to get started?
You will need a domain name and a hosting account. You will still need to purchase domain. I will also need your logo (optional), a few sentences about your restaurant, email address to configure contact form, any images you would like to include.
Will you provide a complete website?
Yes, I will provide a complete WordPress-based website with online food ordering, order management, tip, and delivery system.
Do you write content or add images to the website and ordering menu?
NO. I will provide you with placement images & placement lorem ipsum text in the final product. As well as provide you with a very simple dashboard so you can easily make edits to your website when you need to. However, if you DO have images ready to send me, I will add them in the final product.
Do you offer training for the system?
YES. I will provide a detailed video tutorial to get you up and running with your new website, online food ordering, order management, tip, and delivery system.
Will I be able to view a mockup of the website before receiving the final product?
YES. I will provide you with a special live host URL address so you can view and interact with your website & online ordering system before you receive the final product.
Will you upload the website on my hosting to make it live?
Only if you will provide me with login information for your hosting control panel (you can always change login information after). If you don't provide me with the necessary login info, I will send you the website in a zip file for you to upload and make your website live.
