I serve as the Wix website designer and manager for Grateful Heart – Comprehensive Veteran Services, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting U.S. veterans with VA disability claims navigation and community resource connections. I built the entire site from scratch on Wix, including the Home, About Us, Our Services, Donate, Events, FAQ, and Contact pages, with a clean, trustworthy layout suited to a veteran-facing nonprofit. This is an active, ongoing relationship: I continue to handle wix website redesign requests, layout updates, and new page additions as the organization grows its programs. Every update is built around clarity and ease of navigation, since many visitors are veterans looking for direct, no-friction access to support services and donation options. From the initial wix design through ongoing wix redesign work, I've stayed hands-on with this site's evolution rather than handing it off after launch, which has let me build a real understanding of the client's mission and adjust the site as their outreach and services expand.

I built the Wellbeing Face website from scratch on Wix for this Melbourne-based telehealth psychology practice, which provides counselling for individuals, couples, teams, and workplace EAP clients across Australia via phone and video. The wix design needed to do a lot of work: clearly explain Medicare rebate and bulk-billing eligibility, walk visitors through the three-step process of getting a Mental Health Care Plan and booking a session, and build trust quickly for people reaching out during a difficult moment, all without requiring a GP referral to get started. This was a completed, one-time project. Because the practice serves people dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout, the site's tone and layout had to feel calm and reassuring rather than clinical, while still clearly presenting AHPRA registration, the psychologist's credentials, and a straightforward booking flow through Calendly. Every section was built to reduce friction between a stressed visitor landing on the page and getting their first session booked.

I completed a wix website redesign for the Family Business Foundation, LLC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Raleigh, North Carolina, focused on social justice, education, transit equity, and community empowerment across Raleigh/Durham, Baltimore, and Lancaster, CA. The wix redesign covered the homepage, About Us, Programs, Ride Share, Volunteer, Community Partners, and Donate pages, giving the organization a clearer structure for visitors trying to understand their multiple program areas and how to get involved. This was a completed, one-time project. Nonprofits with several distinct programs running at once (rideshare access, literacy, disaster recovery, and more) often end up with cluttered navigation, so a core part of this wix design refresh was reorganizing the site's information architecture so donors, volunteers, and community partners could each find their relevant path without digging through unrelated content.
