Mon approche de coaching à laquelle je suis formée consiste à travailler sur 4 niveaux :
1. Émotionnel - sentiments, traumatismes, addictions, attachement, relations
2. Mental - blocages, schémas, état d'esprit, ressources, objectifs, croyances limitées
3. Comportementales - habitudes, résistance, actions, prise de décision, routines
4. Spirituel - comprendre l'ego, la méditation, la présence, la paix, le pardon

Wonderful session as always. Even though I was not very sure about my goal for the session, Ionica pinpointed the true issue quickly, gave me some useful tools to help with my mindset in the future, and action items for the next week. It was incredibly impactful, yet practical.

For an initial call, this was well beyond my expectations, Ionica listened to me and helped me understand some of the wrong assumptions I was making about myself and others, and set out clear action points for me to follow through on. Excellent gig, highly recommended.
