FAQ
How is the entire project handled?
We will divide project in 5 milestones of 20 % each. First milestone will be for design of the application. Second milestone will be for creating application prototype, Third and forth will be for development and backend integration. Fifth will be for testing and deploying apps into app store.
Would you help us to set up server?
Yes, we will set up basic server and deploy files on your server to make the system live.
Do you also publish apps to App Store and Play Store?
Yes — we can handle store submission and deployment if requested.
How would you take care of data security?
To make our developed application more secure - we use below things: 1. To make the data transmission secure we are using authentication token system so that input/output is do not get hacked. 2. For making the data storage secured we encrypt the sensitive data.
What would be covered in free support period?
We will fix any bug which is part of defined scope and which did not occur due to OS upgrade.
Would you take care of my application once it gets live?
Yes - We do. Once your application goes live then we provide free support for limited time; to make sure your end-users do not get any problem. After that, we provide paid support at very nominal rates.
Who will be owner of the source code?
You/Client will be owner of all source code.
Do you provide backend development too?
Yes — we can build or integrate APIs, Firebase, Node.js, and cloud services.
Can you work with incomplete or rough ideas?
Absolutely — even simple sketches or bullet points are enough to get started.
Do you sign NDA?
Clients usually send the NDA before sharing requirements. We’re happy to sign and return it.
