Hi, We have successfully developed 10+ iot products based on Tuya, ESP32, ESP8266, Kincony Relay Controllers, Teltonica IoT Gateway and Raspberry Pi. My team is experienced in developing your home automation/industrial product.
We work on IoT product manufacturing in following modules:
- Product Research: We will prepare a detailed report including components selection, milestones list, etc.
- Prototype Design: we will develop a complete prototype of your product based on the decided technologies mentioned in the Preliminary Research Report.
- Firmware Design: we will write code for the controller. We use arduino , micropython, Embedded C etc for writing firmware code.
- PCB Design: We do PCB designing with software like Autodesk Eagle, Altium, Kicad, Orcad, Easyeda, and Proteus etc.
- PCB Assembly & Testing: we solder the components and test the PCB in various factory for durability testing and detecting unknown issues.
- 3D Printable Casing: Casing is generally designed in Fusion360.
- Custom App & Web Development: We develop app and dashboard with Communication protocols like MQTT, HTTP
- Deployment: Moving the code from staging to production server. Configuring domain name with HTTPS.

yes, you need to provide us current technology stack and existing system architecture to start working on the existing system.
