As a workaholic software developer and dancer I went beyond my limits. I neglected my health in many ways and paid a heavy price for it.
Left with no other choice I started to reform different aspects of my life and went through a lot of detox to slowly regenerate. I took the time to educate myself and got certified in lymphatic iridology. The discipline helped me greatly as it provided me with a 'visual' of the state of my health. With my health returning I was able to resume my dance activities.
