As the Lead Frontend Developer for SahulatPK, I engineered a highly scalable, localized service directory and multi-vendor marketplace designed to connect consumers in Lahore with on-demand local services. My role spanned from creating the modular UI framework to optimizing the platform's core web vitals and local search visibility. Detailed Technical Implementations: Production-Ready Frontend Architecture: Built the entire client-side interface from scratch using Next.js and React. Implemented strict component modularity, allowing the platform to dynamically scale its category listings and vendor database smoothly. High-Converting UI Components: Designed and coded a custom, data-driven "Featured Services" showcase section. Used advanced responsive CSS Grid and Flexbox layouts to optimize vendor cards, resulting in enhanced visual hierarchy and a direct boost in user click-through rates. Comprehensive Local SEO Engine: Spearheaded the platform's organic search strategy. Designed a custom metadata architecture, structured schema markups, and optimized header hierarchies targeting high-intent local service keywords to ensure rapid indexation and competitive ranking on Google. Mobile-First & Performance Engineering: Optimized image delivery, lazy-loaded off-screen components, and minimized bundle sizes to secure blistering-fast page load times. The entire user journey—from landing to service discovery—was engineered for absolute fluid responsiveness across all mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints. Aesthetic and UX Polish: Maintained a clean, minimalist design language that establishes immediate trust, simplifies user navigation, and ensures frictionless interaction between clients and local service partners.
