Reviewed the overall subscriber journey to identify areas that could affect user experience, engagement, and successful email delivery. Configured and tested the signup and subscription flow to ensure that new subscribers could move smoothly through the onboarding process. Performed detailed testing across desktop and mobile devices to verify that forms, emails, links, layouts, and subscriber workflows functioned correctly and provided a consistent experience across different devices. Also provided guidance on newsletter structure, email setup, and best practices to create a reliable foundation for future newsletter publishing and audience growth.
