Project: The Mukaab District(around 50 billion dollar budget), New Murabaa, Riyadh, KSA Role: 3d Interactive Masterplan Development of the Mukaab ● Led the interactive development of the iconic Mukaab District masterplan using Unreal Engine, integrating real-time 3D environments for Igloo Immersion Room designed for marketing, sales, and executive-level presentations. ● Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including the Creative Director, architect, and artists, to ensure cohesive, high-quality project outcomes. ● Responsible for designing immersive levels within Unreal Engine, incorporating high-quality 3D assets, interactive elements, and optimized lighting setups. ● Understanding clients’ visions and translating them into impactful, real-time Interactive simulations. ● Suggesting and giving insight to team members & the creative head during the process to optimize the pipeline & manage the asset pipeline, and the Unreal Engine workflow. ● Delivering custom solutions by customizing Unreal Engine’s tools and features to create interactive, realistic simulations, a Real-Time Construction progress tracker that exceeds client expectations and resonates with their vision. ● Providing feedback on the project, identifying and resolving issues related to the project, and improving the overall user experience. ● Rapidly prototyping, proof of concept development, and iterating the best roadmap for captivating and immersive surrounding development, including roads, backgrounds, landscapes, and scenery, to enhance the overall visual appeal and thematic coherence of the project.
