FAQ
Do I need to buy the booking plugins myself?
The core setup works perfectly with free plugin versions if your needs are basic. For features like two-way Google Calendar sync or native SMS notifications, you will need to buy the premium plugin licenses. I will help you choose exactly what is required
Which booking plugin is best for my business?
It depends on your workflow. Amelia and Bookly are phenomenal for salons, spas, and law practices. LatePoint offers a clean, highly modern customer UI, and FluentBooking is perfect if you want deep marketing automation alignment.
Can multiple employees manage their own schedules?
Yes! I can configure the system to manage multiple staff members, giving each employee their own custom working hours, break times, service assignments, and individual calendar connections.
Can customers pay directly during the booking process?
Absolutely. I integrate secure transaction processing networks like Stripe or PayPal, allowing you to accept full payments, fixed deposits, or store client card details safely for late fees.
How are no-shows prevented with this system?
The configuration triggers automated email and SMS notification loops that alert clients when their appointments are approved, pending, modified, or fast approaching.
Will my calendar block off personal vacation days automatically?
Yes, once we link the platform with your Google or Outlook calendar, any time blocks or personal appointments you add to your phone calendar will instantly turn those specific slots unavailable on your site.
