Very responsive, understood what I asked for and delivered it quickly. Made revisions easily and understood the changes without a lot of back and forth.

In the end, we got there, but I tell you what: it took lots of me repeating myself to get my desired result due to them not reading and acknowledging my requests. At one point, I thought they were even using AI to do the work because they would fix one issue, and all of a sudden, there would be a totally different issue.

I had some trouble with the formatting and my ability to open the files. But overall I was able to work through the issue and see the final product.
