I became an independent travel agent in 2010 for a well reputable agency. In 2013 it begin to be overwhelming so I decided to add subagents. Business went very well as I was able to give them leads to grow their business. Now I am managing a team of 12 agents and 14 referral agents. With this amount I am able to create each agent a personalized marketing strategy that I use to advertise them for 30 days each calendar year. I am always growing and encouraging others to grow also.
