I work as a rotoscope dance animator, creating hand-drawn dance animations for classical and contemporary dancers on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. This journey started as a personal experiment where I created a dance animation using only my index finger—no stylus. I posted my first rotoscope animation on May 21, 2021 and it organically crossed 50K+ views. Soon after, dancers and creators from around the world reached out for custom animations, turning my hobby into a paid freelance service. I manually outline every movement, draw each frame, color-fill and ensure smooth motion flow. Using only my index finger adds a unique, organic and personal touch to every animation. I was also invited by an Atlanta-based school to conduct a workshop on rotoscope animation, where I taught students how to bring movement to life through frame-by-frame animation. My work helps dancers elevate their performances, stand out on social media and turn dance into engaging animated stories.

Worked on the official GIF launch and discoverability campaign for Kantara: A Legend – Chapter 1, creating culturally rooted, high-performing GIFs optimized for social sharing. My role was not just creating GIFs but building the right ecosystem for performance. I set up and verified the official GIPHY page, planned search and keyword strategies and created 100+ reaction-based GIFs using film assets. Each GIF was crafted with emotion-first framing, clean loops, cultural sensitivity and search intent in mind. All assets were optimized for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, GIPHY and Tenor. Results: 10+ million views in the first day 125+ million views in 45 days Trending under Kantara search Strong organic usage across social platforms The GIFs became part of everyday conversations, not just campaign visuals.
