Over the past 7+ years, I worked with BigTeams (USA), a platform supporting athletics departments across schools and colleges. During this time, I handled a wide range of operational, data management, and creative content tasks that required accuracy, consistency, and reliability. A major part of my work involved creating roster intro videos, team intro videos, and player highlight graphics for athletics programs. These graphics and videos were used for team announcements, game promotions, and social media posts across school athletic platforms. I also managed social media posting and content formatting, ensuring graphics and videos were properly prepared for publishing on different platforms. In addition to creative work, I handled CRM data entry (Salesforce), athletics schedule imports, website updates, and data audits. Many projects involved large volumes of sensitive data where attention to detail and structured workflows were essential. I also helped improve internal workflow by introducing Monday.com as a task management system to organize assignments, track priorities, and manage deadlines more efficiently. I managed a dedicated team, reviewing tasks, assigning work based on expertise, monitoring progress, and performing final quality checks before submission. Even when work was done by team members, I maintained full responsibility for accuracy and delivery. Our team consistently handled 100–150+ hours of work per week, supporting athletics programs with graphics design, roster video editing, social media content posting, and operational support. Through this experience, I developed strong skills in video editing, sports graphics design, social media content preparation, data accuracy, and team management, while maintaining professional communication with US-based clients.
