No, I can set it up using unofficial APIs (like Baileys or Evolution API), which are easier and cheaper. If you prefer using the official WhatsApp Business API, I can guide you through that as well.
Will this work with my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes, as long as the number is accessible via the integration method (official or unofficial). Note: I recommend using a dedicated number to avoid disruptions.
Can I deploy the bot on my own server?
Absolutely! In the Premium package, I’ll set everything up on your VPS using Docker and n8n. You’ll have full control and documentation to manage it.
What happens if WhatsApp bans my number?
Unofficial APIs carry a small risk of being flagged by WhatsApp. I apply best practices to minimize this, but no setup is 100% ban-proof unless you're using the official API.
Can the bot handle multiple questions or conditional logic?
Yes! In the Standard and Premium packages, I’ll set up flows with logic like "if the user says X, do Y". It can also use AI to understand natural language responses.
Does the bot understand and reply using AI (like ChatGPT)?
Yes — in the Standard and Premium plans, I can integrate OpenAI to provide smart, context-aware replies to user questions.
What CRMs can you integrate with?
I can connect to most CRMs that support Webhooks or APIs, such as Pipedrive, Hubspot, RD Station, Zoho, etc. Just let me know what you use.
Will I be able to edit or expand the automation later?
Definitely. I use n8n, a no-code/low-code platform, and I’ll include documentation or a video so you can maintain or expand the workflow easily.
