Expectations very much exceeded. There seem to be a lot of backend correction needed on my steam deck like filing problems which he troubleshot perfectly. I had a lot of mods that I wanted installed, and I am very impressed with the work completed.

Jake was amazing I had some corrupted files not making my game work and he went in and reinstalled all the mods I wanted properly and correctly super quickly and he was extremely knowledge and so fast! If a problem came up he knew where to look and how to fixing , he got my game running great now thanks Jake
