I ran the 3D services group at 3D Printhuset in Copenhagen, doing reverse engineering for clients like Coloplast, Novozymes and Kähler, and later became Technical Director at COBOD, the construction 3D printer company. Send STL, OBJ, PLY or raw point clouds from any scanner: Artec, EinScan, GOM, phone LiDAR, photogrammetry. You get a clean parametric solid with real features, not a wrapped mesh
Common jobs: worn or broken machine parts with no drawings, legacy products, patent or documentation models, mating parts, sculptural forms for casting or printing.
Every delivery includes:

Accuracy depends on scan quality; clean scans typically rebuild within 0.1 to 0.3 mm. I will tell you what your data supports before we start; large assemblies and organic surfaces get a fixed custom quote.

What input formats do you accept?
STL, OBJ, PLY, E57 and ASC/PTS point clouds, from Artec, EinScan, GOM, Creaform, phone LiDAR or photogrammetry.
What exactly do I receive?
A parametric solid in STEP AP214 and IGES, plus STL. Standard and Premium add a deviation color map; Premium adds a short rebuild report.
Is the model editable?
es, real sketches and features, not a mesh wrap. Native SolidWorks or Fusion files only when you provide a license; otherwise STEP/IGES plus FreeCAD native files, which open cleanly everywhere.
What accuracy can I expect?
It follows scan quality. Clean scans typically rebuild within 0.1 to 0.3 mm. I confirm per file before we start, and I say no when the data cannot support the tolerance.
The part is broken or incomplete, can you rebuild it?
I rebuild missing geometry to match design intent and list every assumption. I also will be happy to get your instructions on how the model should be or what it should fit
