During my internship at BMH Studio & Architecture in Marrakech, I worked on several residential and mixed-use projects under the supervision of the lead architect. Key contributions included: Full architectural documentation for a rural house project ("Maison Rurale") — floor plans, elevations, sections, site/mass plan, foundation details, and septic/drainage plans, prepared for building permit submission. Design modifications for two private villas, including plan revisions, updated elevations, and 3D visualizations to reflect client-requested changes. Floor plan modifications for a multi-unit residential/commercial building, revising the upper levels from a R+5 to a R+3 configuration, including updated unit layouts, fire safety annotations, and coordination across multiple building blocks. This experience strengthened my skills in ArchiCAD documentation, permit-ready drawing sets, elevation/section graphics, and adapting existing designs to new programmatic or regulatory requirements.

I worked effectively with a team of four people. During this experience, I took part in designing plans, façades, and sections for two villa residence projects, developing a commercial brochure, preparing a site plan for a residential project, and contributing to the development of a G+2 residential building. I also had the opportunity to participate in several site visits, which helped me better understand the relationship between design and construction. Finally, I contributed relevant suggestions that had a significant impact on several projects.

My five-week internship at the Khalid MALIKI architectural firm, as part of my third year of architecture studies, was a highly enriching experience. Working alongside a dynamic team and under the supportive guidance of Mr. Khalid MALIKI, I had the opportunity to contribute to real projects, thereby developing technical skills and a deeper understanding of the profession. This immersion allowed me to observe the internal workings of an architectural office, the design processes, and the importance of time management. The internship provided me with a realistic insight into the profession and its challenges, serving as a true stepping stone for my future career.
