I will help with developing your story

À propos de ce service
Hello
I am a professional writer and editor, and an experienced self-published author of MM Romance, gay lit and historical mystery (as Jackson Marsh).
You've got an idea for a novel, but you're not sure if it will work. Maybe this is your first, maybe it's the tenth in a series, either way, you need someone to bounce ideas off; someone who's done it before. Someone who has successfully published over 30 novels, and who writes fiction for a living. Someone like me.
I am passionate about expressive writing in its simplest form, compelling characters, plot twists, world-building and accurate detail. My speciality is taking historical facts and using them in believable fiction. However, none of that can happen unless you have a solid, workable story.
Whether you have a synopsis, an outline or simply an idea, that's fine. I will help you build the foundations on which you can then create your story. We can work on a developmental edit, and I can work with you to bring your ideas to the page.

FAQ
What if English isn’t my first language?
Your synopsis or outline must be in English, but don't worry if you think it's not well written. If I need clarification, I will ask.
What do you need from me?
All I require is an outline or synopsis of your idea or story in less than 1,000 words, in Microsoft Word format.
Will you help me write my story?
I will help you find a solid foundation on which to begin, but I won't write your novel for you. I offer story editing as a separate gig for when you have written a first draft.
Will you tell me where I can publish my story?
Sadly, no. I cannot advise on agents or publishers. However, under the 'End' package, I can give advice on how to start looking for an agent, and how to self-publish through Amazon.
