Started off great. Proactive, good communication. I let them know I had printer waiting on the design. Followed up two days past delivery. Was promised it was coming but never came. Cancelled on the 3rd day after delivery date. I’d have been ok if I’d been given even a flimsy excuse, need more time etc. To leave me hanging wasn’t fair.
