My name is Jay Aja and I am a freelance copyeditor
based out of Tampa, FL. I was first inspired to become
a freelance copyeditor after beginning to purchase
self-published books online. I was immediately drawn
to how powerful a writer's subject matter could be, yet
how a few loose sentences or lapses of grammar could
distract from the content. It became my wish to help
writers tighten their writing and help the delivery have
a powerful impact, whether that be in a book, a resume,
an essay, copy required for marketing or advertising
