FAQ
What footage should I send you?
Your original, highest-resolution video file. Avoid recompressed or screen-recorded copies — clean footage means cleaner mattes.
How is the price calculated?
It depends on the footage length and complexity (movement, hair detail, motion blur). Send a short sample and I'll give you an exact quote before you order.
Can you remove backgrounds without a green screen?
Yes — manual frame-by-frame rotoscoping separates the subject from any background, green screen or not.
What exactly will I receive?
An alpha-embedded video (ProRes, MOV, or MP4) or a PNG/TIFF image sequence — your choice.
How long does it take?
Simple clips (around 25 frames) in 2 days. Longer or complex scenes are quoted upfront so there are no surprises.
Do you handle hair and motion blur?
Yes — manual rotoscoping with carefully refined edges handles hair, motion blur, and fast movement.
Can you remove wires, rigs, or unwanted objects?
Yes, with clean background reconstruction so the removal is invisible.
Do you offer revisions?
Unlimited revisions on every package — until it's perfect.
Can you replace the sky or background?
Yes — send the replacement background, or I'll source one that matches your footage.
Should I message you before ordering?
Please do — a quick message with a footage sample makes sure you pick the right package the first time.
