I build automation and Ai system that help businesses connect their sales, customer service, and daily operation. I use n8n to create workflows that capture leads, process customer information, update CRM records, send notifications, and manage follow ups. I work with GoHighLevel for CRM automation and use APIs and webhooks to connect different business applications. I use make.com and zapier for selected integrations. For Ai workflows, i use claude and OpenAI API to analyze customer request, qualify leads, summarize information, and prepare response draft. I use prompt engineering to make sure AI follows the business rule and JAVAScript or Python when custom processing is needed. I test each workflow from start to finish, handle possible errors, and make sure the final system is simple for the client to manage. The client was very very pleased with the workflow and worked i did for her and she had to hire me again for another job. I made sure i use the most important tools for her work tools like: n8n, make.com, zapier, claude and openai.
