Hello!
Im Jay Lopez - a freelancing Digital Artist. I offer a variety of services that are sure to enhance your creative projects and ideas. I work out of California in a home office with some of the latest in the industry standard programs. I have been in the Graphic Design field for at least 10 years now, and went to school for it until 2015. Then, I decided to start my 3D Design for Film and Game Design education. Ever since then, I've been more focused on concept art for films, programs and video games.
FAQ
When will I get my portrait.
Before each commission is started, a deadline is set to have the final portrait ready by a set date. You will receive your portrait on or before the due date set. Due dates. Expediting due dates after agreed upon is not allowed.
Can you add a background to my portrait?
Currently, I do not offer backgrounds with portraits. If already have artwork from me and would like me to add background to it, please email me at jaylopezart@gmail.com
How do I go about getting issued a refund?
Commissions are non-refundable. If you have received a completed product from me, refunds are not available. There are hours of labor involved in designing, and that can not be refunded. If you are unsatisfied with your artwork, please email me at jaylopezart@gmail.com with your concerns.
