Do I need Agentforce licences?
Yes, Agentforce and Data Cloud need the right Salesforce licences. I'll confirm what your edition includes before we start.
Is my data safe?
Agents run inside Salesforce's Einstein Trust Layer and respect your users' permissions. I add guardrails so actions only run when allowed.
Can the agent call my own APIs?
Yes, through Apex or Flow actions using Named Credentials.
